Our Guarantee

In most situations you will know if a nanny will work out within a few weeks of employment.  In the rare case that is does not work out,  we provide a   guarantee.  The length of guarantee is 4 months from the date of placement of your nanny,  so call your local Nannies Who Care office for details.  The guarantee means that for any reason the nanny does not work out,  then we will replace the nanny free of charge as many times as needed during the guarantee period,  although this will be highly unlikely based on our experiences.  This  guarantee only applies to families using our full service placement.  There are no refunds.

A discount will be given towards another placement fee if another nanny is needed within a couple of months after the guarantee period.
