I was very impresssed and satisfied with Debra and Lynn at Nannies Who Care. First of all, I researched every nanny agency listed in the phonebook and contacted each one. Nannies Who Care had the best price for their services, hands down.

They also performed all of the same background checks as the more expensive agency. I was pleased with the flexibility they offered as well, whether you need a long term placement, a once in a while babysitter for a night out, or a temporary placement for special needs, they have it. What helped me most was their willingness and ability to jump on the ball as soon as I called. I had a very specific need where I required someone for approx 2-5 months for several days a week. While Debra and Lynn started working on the placement immediately, I became very ill and needed someone the very next day. They stepped up to the plate and were able to provide me with a nanny the next day. While continuing to provide me with help for a couple of days they were still trying to find a long term placement for me and set up interviews. Each nanny who came to my home was professional and capable. I was never concerned for the safety of my children in their hands. After one of my interviews for the long term help, I chose Kelly. She proved to be not only capable, but caring and compassionate as well. She truly became a blessing to our home and we really hated to see her go when our time of need was over. Kelly was always on time, pleasant, truly trying to help raise the children and not just keep an eye on them. She provided a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for the kids every day (even in the heat of Florida). She also was willing to help with other needs and proceeded to handle laundry for us and trips to the grocery store as well. She was a very calming influence on our household and never once did she raise her voice or lose her temper with my 3 children, ages 3and half years, 18 mon, and 3 mon.. Due to my illness she even went so far as to take our children to their birthday party when the oldest turned 2 and 4, and ran all over with them. If it were not for her my children's birthday would have gone uncelebrated because my husband was required to work and I was unable to care for my children myself. The agency was also flexible with payment options and did not call constantly to settle up, but was patient with my circumstances that caused a communication delay. I will have absolutely no reservations about using them in the future as the need arises. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends for all their needs. They were truly a life saver with how quickly they were able to find someone. How curteous and helpful they were and how accomodating, they had no problem working on their weekends and late at night to get me the help I needed.

I know it's a lot Debra but it's all true. Please feel free to use whatever parts you need and if you are able to pull out the parts about Kelly and put that in her file or get it to her that would be great.

My husband is on active duty in the USAF stationed at MacDill AFB. He is out of town nearly every other month for about a week to two weeks. My son who is two and a half attends daycare and I work full-time. When my husband is sent out of town, I lean on the staff at Nannies Who Care to find a nanny to care for my son in our home because his daycare closes at 6:00 pm and I work until 6:00 pm. Without Nannies Who Care, I would be forced to leave my job which has been the job of my dreams and is financing great things for my family's future.
